How do I change how categories and subcategories are displayed? (Q Mac)

Greetings! I recently switched from Q 2007 Mac to 2021 subscription. I noticed on the transaction pages in the category column even though I enter the category and subcategory from the drop down menu, after entering the transaction it only shows the sub category. I would like to see both the category AND the subcategory like I am used to from using the 2007 version. How can I change this?
