Report to look like Register

My register has three fields at the top SPEND RECEIVE BALANCE. I would like a report that looks the same.

    From the register, Ctrl-P.  Choose the desired time frame.

    Thanks so much but it is missing the field MEMO in the report

    If you convert the onscreen presentation to one-line (Ctrl-2), the printed version (also now one line) will include the memo field.
