Online Bank Account Access

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I was accessing Bank Midwest - personal transactions with no problem via the Direct connect method. Today I can not access them, and the only connection that shows is Bank Midwest - business. Any ideas on who I should contact...bank?

For this particular instance I would recommend de/reactivating the affected account(s).
