Schwab downloading old transactions from prior months

As of 01/05/2022, Schwab down load is including a few transactions from October and November. Quicken matches these transactions, but recluses them from "R" to "c". If you try to reclassify Quicken will not allow. Further latest version update from Quicken turned on mobile cloud without notifying users. [Removed - Off Topic]
