Why does Quicken for Mac not work for Prudential 401K

Why does Quicken for Mac not work to connect with my Prudential 401K retirement account? This is a known problem but was not communicated before I bought into the subscription. When will this system error be fixed? If it won't be fixed soon, can I convert my Quicken subscription to the Windows version?

    Your Quicken subscription provides access to both Mac/Windows versions, so no switching is needed.

    But, if there are connection errors with Prudential, the same problems might exist on the Windows side as well. I don't know the specific error you are having.
