My 2 bank accounts are merging together when trying to run year end reports

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this difficulty. For this particular instance, I would recommend further customizing the report to exclude the other unwanted account(s). 

To do this first select and create the report desired, then select Customize >Accounts. 




On the Accounts tab click on Selected Accounts and check the box of the accounts you wish to include then click OK.
