Update button line missing

One of my online accounts is missing the "Update Transactions (last download on xx/xx/xxxx)" line when I click on Downloaded Transactions. The Accept Transactions window pops up but the Update button line is missing above this window. This Shell card account does appear in the One Step Update list of accounts. Right now I update by clicking on the settings Actions and Update Now.

    I just tried Reset on the account and that did nothing. Tried Validate and Repair and that said it repaired a problem with that account and the Update button line is back!
