OneAZ download payee problem

Currently when I attempt to download my transactions from OneAZ the payee information from OneAZ does not get posted to Quicken. What gets posted is only the credit union name. Thus I have to manually update each transaction in Quicken with the correct payee that is listed on my credit union account. This has never happened in the past but now is a problem with Quicken. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello @RHF44$, I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. It could be due to a renaming rule that was possibly accidentally created. You can check this by going to Tools > Renaimg Rules > Look for one that contains "OneAZ" and from there you can either edit or delete it if this is the case. Let me know if this resolves your issue!
