Quicken Starter for Mac

My Quicken Deluxe version subscription is coming to an end. Since I don't use all of the features I downgraded to the Starter Version. However, I'm unable to install it because Quicken is already installed. Do I have to delete the de Luxe version and if so, will I be able to retrieve my data from the back up? Or do I have to delete the de Luxe version and start all over again with the Starter version? Thanks for any help.

    You don't need to re-install Quicken, it's the same software. When your Deluxe subscription comes to an end it will automatically adjust to your new Starter subscription.
