Trouble zeroing out account

I've got a closed investment account that I am trying to tidy up after a transfer. There are no securities left in the account and a zero cash balance. However, quicken shows a negative (-552) securities value and market value for the account. How do I find what security quicken thinks it still has or otherwise zero out this account balance?

No placeholder entries. But closing and reopening the program seems to have taken care of the problem! Thanks for the suggestion.1

Have you checked for Place holder entries?
