R38.30 slow to accept downloaded transactions.

Updated to R38.30 yesterday. Today, accepting a single downloaded transaction is taking about 30 seconds. That operation has been averaging around 10-15 seconds. Anyone else seeing this issue?

    How many downloaded transactions are waiting to be accepted? Just a few ... or ... dozens to hundreds of old unaccepted transactions that I haven't gotten around to process yet?

    Typically less than five.

    I did an uninstall/reinstall as described under "Subscription Release of Quicken" on this page:

    A single transaction time-to-accept is back down to around 10 seconds.

    It took several attempts to convince Windows security to allow the install to complete, but once it was reinstalled/rebooted/restarted, my existing data file opened normally.
