What's the difference between a green checkmark and a blue one in the CLR column?

The blue checkmark means that the transaction has been cleared by the bank. This can be set manually, or it becomes set automatically when a transaction is downloaded (since it could only be downloaded once it's been cleared by the bank).

The blue checkmark changes to a green checkmark when the transaction has been reconciled.

By the way, if you hover your cursor over these icons, a tooltip will appear giving the meaning of the icon. The same can be used for the icons in the Status column.
