Quotes Still Not Downloading for all Securities!!

I know there was a thread that stated this issue was resolved. but it's not. Stocks have not downloaded prices for many days. Anyone else having this issue?

  for example - what stocks.....
  held at what Brokerage ....
  what version ... Help --> About Quicken
  

  And of course, when looking at your Quicken --> Security List --> they all are [x] for Downloading
  with the same [x[ for One Step Update at the bottom for ... [x] Downloading Quotes
