    My "Reconcile" is missing on my screen and I cannot find it anywhere to reinstate it.

    Are you working with an individual account register, e.g., your checking account, or are you looking at a register view combining several account registers into one?
    "Reconcile" and other account-specific functions are not available in an All Transactions view.
