Is quicken currently having a problem with PNC bill pay again?

Are you receiving OL-297-A or CC-501 or 101 error messages? I would like to draw your attention to the current Open Alert regarding PNC bank and connectivity issues of this kind, which can be followed at the thread I am linking here for your convenience.
