Adding Account

I am trying to add an account. I open the website and all is good. Quicken recognizes the two accounts but under Action, Quicken states do not add to Quicken. I have not been able to find a workaround.

    What's the name of the bank you're working with?
    Have these accounts been added to Quicken already and have they also been activated for downloading already?
    You cannot download and import transactions from the bank's website if the destination register is currently activated for downloading using One Step Update.
    Some more details on what you're trying to do would be helpful.
