Monthly comparison Year to Date

:p Hello,
I would like to do a monthly comparison, first of all categories, second of commodities like food and gas. I am using the report in Report Center and selecting year-to-date, all accounts and subtotal by category. I get blank report with words to the effect that no transactions are selected. What the heck?

    @dbaker450 you don't say which report you are using, but if you are not getting any results, check each tab in the customize report options and double check your filters.

    Thanks. I just realized I am having my issue with a report that i created so possibly i have set a parameter wwhich is mutually exclusive. I will take the blame.

    No worries!  It does take some time to fine tune a report to get exactly what you want.
