One Step Update goes to Update Settings instead of updating

I have two quicken files. In one, when I supply the Vault password, the transaction download begins immediately.
In the other, when I enter the Vault password, the "One Step Update Settings" Window opens instead?
They both used to proceed directly to downloading transactions!
I suspect the problem began happening after multiple problems with the Schwab transition away from direct connect?

Having the same issue, started after I installed an Update to Quicken. Not really a big deal, just a little annoying.0

This happened to me several months ago. I fixed it by restoring backup data files one at a time till I found one that didn't have the problem. (Since I create a backup every day, I only had to go back 3 days to find a good one)

I'm lazy, so I'll press the 'Enter' key for awhile longer, hoping Quicken will eventually identify the bug and fix it.0
