Rearrange accounts doesn't show separate accounts

The new rearrange accounts feature doesn't show separate accounts - even when you do the workarounds to get the vertical slider to show the save button. The original method via "account list" shows some of the separate accounts in a different order than they are actually displayed. However, if you ignore that and move an account up and down in the account list view the order is resynchronized with the accounts on the left side.
