Why is there no capability to export complete quicken data to a cv file?

Need to export data to cv file, but there seems to be no functionality for doing so.

  Do you realize how complex and inter-related the data file actually is...

  If it was "simple" we wouldn't have all these problems with each new release breaking something...

  Now - there is a difference between your topic title of "complete Quicken data" to maybe some subset of an Account
  

  What do you really want  - what "data" - and what do you want to do with that data

  What is a cv file? Do you mean CSV (comma separated value)? 

  Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
