"Invalid Credentials" - trying to log into Quicken

I can not login to the quicken app even though I'm able to login on the web using those same credentials. I've reset my password several times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my laptop

    Where are you located - are you trying to access the Quicken desktop software - OR - Mobile App ?

    Where are you located ?
    and you say - you CAN log into the Quicken.com website ?
