Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I deactivated on-line services for all of my Chase accounts prior to attempting to re-establish them. When I click "activate now" on the on-line services tab for my primary VISA, the screen grays and all no further navigation is available. I have to ctrl+alt+dele and restart Quicken.

Hi @Clerik,
Since you deactivated all of your Chase accounts, to re-establish those accounts - you need to start with the "Add Accounts" process by going to "Tools" > "Add Account" (or just clicking in the + sign). Next you should enter "Chase" in the Search box > this should get you to the "Chase needs you to authorize your accounts" screen > then hit the "Sign In" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
