Retrieving Deleted Transactions

Is there a way to retrieve accidentally-deleted transactions? I can't find an option or a method stated in Help or Support.

  I think the only way is to restore a backup from before.  

  I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

  You can undelete the one most recently deleted transaction in a banking (not investing) register, but you have to do it right away. The right-click menu:
