Cannot Open Attacments

I am unable to open attachments in individual transactions. I have a Quicken Online Subscription. I have the most recent version installed. I do not get an error message. It just doesn't work.

    How many attachments do you already have in your data file?
    AFAIK, there's a limit of somewhere around 2500 attachments after which the file system used in the QDF file is full and cannot be increased.
