Is Quicken having trouble with downloads from M&T Direct Connect?

Hi. I've tried for over a week to fix this problem by unconnecting and reconnecting the accounts, checking passwords etc. Is there an over all problem with M&T right now?

  I am surprised nobody answered this, but the front page showing Known Issues reports ongoing issues with DC and M&T bank. This has been ongoing for a few weeks.
