Unable to make Quick pay payments

With new update in place, im unable to make payments using quick pay. I submitted an error report to quicken but its been about a month without resolution. Quicken please fix the issue. I had to go back to previous version in order to make payment using quick pay.

    I have two Billers not able to do a Quick Pay and keep getting the following message and then crash:

    i downloaded the older 42.21 version. This is one of issue i faced and the other is just don't process at all
