quicken deluxe (latest version) can't convert Chase account to format of downloading

As many others have noted and tried - I have disabled online and re-enabled - I have waited until chase website sites an "outage" (about 20 minutes later). This has been going on the entire time - and the date for ending is looming

    after posting this - I tried one last browser (edge) as default browser and it worked - never mind... :-)
