Chase accounts not reconciling after online setup

I've been using Quicken forever and have never had problem reconciling my bank and credit card accounts. Since setting up the Chase online download for these accounts recently, my bank and credit card accounts no longer reconcile. Also, I am having the same issue with the downloads. They are not working.

    Reconcile - might be a bogus Opening Balance that was modified during the Chase migration
    Also, it might be that some Pending Transactions are being included in balances when they should not be...
