Why does my credit card not show previous years

    Good question. Is it possible you have set a filter in your register to only show transactions within a certain Date Range like "This Year" instead of "All Dates"?

    Maybe you have another credit card account for it?  Maybe when you updated it made a new account?  Look around.  Were the transactions there before?  Or are you expecting them to download from the bank? 

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
