Invalid credentials

Hi, I have just paid a quicken subscription and the software is showing this error message: "Invalid Credentials".

I am, however, able to log in the web for my account details, using the same id and password.

I am using Version 44.20 build 27.1.44.10. My windows is the 10 pro, version 21H1, comp 19043.2006.

Can anyone help me?
