Review Downloaded Transactions

I am being notified that I have downloaded transactions to review, but they are only pending transactions...

Quicken Classic - R66.18, Windows 11 PRO current on updates

My data file is NOT being synced nor backed up.

    Assuming that you don't like to get a heads up on pending transactions, a new feature, you can always hide the pending transactions. At the bottom of the register, in the account balance line, there's a new hourglass icon. Click it and select "Hide ..." from the popup.

    I don't mind the tab with pending transactions, I don't want them to be flagged as downloaded transactions.
