Wells Fargo Bill

I linked my mortgage payment to WellsFargo but WF does not recognize Quicken and keeps locking my account. After recreating my account on the WF site 3 times, I want to get rid of WF as an online bill. I created a manual reminder. I linked the WF payment to that manual reminder but it still shows at the top of my bills and income with an account locked message that needs attention. How do I just make WF go away as a bill?

    You need to unlink the reminder from WF to get a stand-alone reminder and then delete WF as an online biller: Settings icon in the Bills view, Manage online billers. Select WF, click the "▼" icon and Remove.
