Cannot connect an account to Chase

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Long time quicken user since the chase update only 1 of my 2 accounts will connect with my chase account. Quicken tech support said Chase will not download account transactions from a joint account..yes BS. I have an appointment with a senior level tech in 2 weeks but it can't be that difficult...and yes I have gone through the download process a couple of dozen times.

In my case, none of Chase accounts will download - they used to all work just fine - still trying to get tech support0
