Attachments are not visible

After adding an attachment to an investment account transaction such as a brokerage, the attachment is no longer visible for viewing when revisiting the transaction record. If I were to add a second attachment then both attachments become visible until I again save the transaction at which time both attachments are no longer visible. This appears to be a bug that needs fixing asap. I have a lot of attachments such as trade confirmations in my brokerage accounts and currently none are visible. I do not have this issue with any of my bank accounts, only the brokerage accounts. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Follow-up to the above... This posting is a continuation of an August 4th post on the same subject. The matter has not been resolved and frequent backups as was suggested does not resolve the issue.
