Currently running Quicken 2015 on Windows 7 (64 bit), on Parallels 14.1. I need to upgrade all

Can anyone suggest the correct order? The latest subscription release is not listed as being supported on Windows 7. I intend to upgrade that to Windows 10.

    I would upgrade to Windows 10 first and then upgrade Quicken.
