Download from Chase Problems

I have tried for several hours now. Everything appears correct to get Chase data, but on downloaded transactions, it shows "0" yet when I go to the account list, it says last download was today. I have had Quicken since it started, but if I can't get my Chase data, I will look for another software. Any recommendations?

Well, finally I was able to download and see my chase data. I had for a second time, deactivate all of my chase accounts (checking and credit cards). I then signed in again and it correctly downloaded the data. It would be great if Quicken would post or develop a simple method to correct this problem.0

I had the same problem after I updated to Q R45.13 in November. I did the same, deactivated and did reauthorization with Chase and IT WORKED! Now I have do this to my other CC accounts. I'm disappointed that Quicken does not seem to prioritize this as year end is coming.agnell said:Well, finally I was able to download and see my chase data.
