Billing Info not Downloading

When paying bills on my bank site and I go to update my quicken account the payment information and amounts no longer transfer automatically into my quicken account. Is this a Bank issue or a Quicken issue. The bank is saying it is a quicken issue.

    are you using EWC+ as the communications vehicle (look in the bank register in Q and just under the title of the register it will tell you.

    what Bank?

    if you bank switched to EWC+, future dated transactions (so all billpay transactions) will not be reported until paid, which is similar to a paper check. 


    if that is the case, it is a Bank issue in the way EWC+ was designed.  It was designed to enhance security and BillPay transactions were the "collateral damage".  This is also true for Q BillPay,
