how to count the number of transactions in one year?

I'd like to see how many individual transactions I enter in a year. Is there a quick and easy way to do this? Thanks in advance.

    Click the 'All Transactions' keyword above the account bar.  Filter that view to the desired time frame and account selection.  You should see a transaction count in the lower left corner.
