why does trying to add a investment account to update cause a hang-up after enabling on broker site?

Hi All,
I am trying to get Quicken to download my investment transactions from my Chase investment account. I go through the whole process of enabling the transfer when Quicken takes me to the Chase website. It says all is approved, but then Quicken says that the connection sign in failed. I tried this repeatedly. Very frustrating and I am tired!!
Why does this have to be so difficult?

There are always issues at the start of every year. Stop pulling your hair out and try again tomorrow.

Yep, every year. We have tried to get Quicken into AA (Applications Anonymous), but it won't go.Chitra said:Does Quicken get a hangover at the start of the year? ;-)
