Why are actuals showing up in my next years budget plan, but no posts have occurred?

I have one memorized payee that seems to be posting in advance as an actual in next years planning categories. Not all categories are doing this as most show the proper amount of zero. How do I clear the actuals to zero?

    It is showing reminders as actual amounts.  To turn it off click on the Budget Actions button > View Options and then unchecked the " include reminders" box

    Thanks bmciance. Now why would a new budget default to "include reminders" when I've never used that before (rhetorical question obviously).
