Best way to convert CSV or excel download file to QFX

I use Quicken for Mac and my financial institution does not allow download of data from Quicken for Mac to a QFX or OFX file. So I need to find a third party that best works to convert CSV or excel files to QFX. Any recommendations?

    Which bank would that be?
    Some have discontinued downloading from their website, but they still support downloading from within Quicken ...

    I bought bank2qfx-mac years ago. It has since updated to Transactions.app, then ProperConvert.app
    My old license still works.

    Anyway, they now have a trial license available by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page.
