Tags do not appear in Itemized Tags report

I am using Quicken Deluxe. I have 28 tags in my Tag List, and none are "hidden." For Jan 2023, I have 30 items that use 15 tags from the Tag List. When I run an Itemized Tag report for Jan 2023, the report lists only six tags. What am I doing wrong?

    That sounds like a bug to me. Try validating the file to see if Quicken finds any tag inconsistencies. I often see the message "Minor problems with Tags corrected" in the report.
