Unable to renew Canadian Quicken: Issue entering Postal Code correctly in Zip Code field

I have been unable to renew my Canadian Quicken subscription. Paypal submission yielded no response. Credit card submission also failed because it kept asking for a Zip Code, and the Postal Code was not accepted and we don't have Zip Code in Canada. Is this a new bug?

Resolved. Refer to a similar thread regarding zip code/ postal code. I entered some random zip code and submitted it successfully. Makes me wonder how robust the software is as well as their security.0

I also found that if you enter your postal code with a space, it will work (at least for me). For example: XXX XXX instead of XXXXXX. I agree that this is a terrible user experience.0

Yes, I can confirm that I was able to enter the postal code... but, as the previous post stated, I had to ensure there was a space and all the letters had to be capitals. Lower case letters were not accepted...
So yes, note a very good user experience...0 -
While I entirely agree this is a poor user experience and the entry field shouldn't be so fussy, the only correct syntax for a Canadian postal code is all caps with a space between the first three and last three characters. That's why Santa Clause's postal code is conveniently HOH OHO. It would read better as Ho Ho Ho.PEBSMT said:Yes, I can confirm that I was able to enter the postal code... but, as the previous post stated, I had to ensure there was a space and all the letters had to be capitals.
