How do I add another payment frequency in the budget?

The frequency of payment of a budgeted item does not include twice a year. Can I add twice a year like you can add categories?

    If you are referring to this popup that appears when editing budget goals:



    You cannot edit this list at this time. If you want to enter twice a year, you would have to divide your annual goal/2 and entering it 6 months apart. 

    Please explain if this is not what you were asking about.

    Is this payment due every 6 months (e.g., January and July)
    or is this more like a tax payment, due in November and February (for example)?
