Why can't I get SUPPORT?

Everytime I try to get support I am re-directed to the community help or requested to sign in. I am signed in and still can't get to the CHAT HELP. I am very disappointed with the access for help. The access to help was a much touted feature/reason to purchase Quicken.

    You need to allow popups in your web browser.
