Missing investment information

My IRA distribution logged as MISC EXP with no other information. It was correct in January. When I downloaded the transactions from Ameriprise, all the information is there.

    Here are screen shots from the brokerage house, and the correct Quicken entries from January and the entries for Feb with missing infomation. Picture 1 is from the Ameriprise, Picture 2 is the correct Quicken entry for January. Picture 3 is the February entry with missing information.
