What happened to the one step update icon after downloading Deluxe version R47.15?

What happened to the one step update icon after downloading Deluxe version R47.15? It used to be on top of the account column

    You can find "one step update" under the tools menu or you can place the "one step update" icon on the toolbar by selecting View > customize toolbar where you add or remove icons.

    And let's not forget the One Step Update icon in the Account Sidebar title. It's always there and looks like an arrow chasing its own tail.
