Budgets - Missing in Same File on One of Two Computers

Hoping someone new will see this. Installed Quicken Deluxe on 2 PC's. One brings in budgets, other does not. Drawing from same file!

  Interesting!  If your file is on a cloud service that could be the problem. 

  
  

  Otherwise, I suggest you use the "report a problem" option under the help menu as that may give more visibility to what you have found.
