Account Value Doubled

I am not the person who posted this issue, but I also have the same issue. The Cash value of the Netbenefits account is the same as the value of the holdings, so it shows double the actual value in Quicken. I did the recommended steps listed above and it is behaving the same way in the new file, showing double the actual account value.
