One Step Update

The one step update continually asks to authorize Chase accounts, but it never completes the process. It go's into a LOOP!

Yes, no help. I have to go to the task manager and end task for quicken to get it to stop the loop.0

I had similar issues my Chase -- once I temporarily turned OFF my anti-virus software, it worked perfectly! Then turned anti-virus back on, all is good. Chase never needed to re-authorize again.0
